    no appetite post workout day

    Yesterday I had a good full body workout squat,row,legpress,bench,deadlift. Today I have no appetite the sight of food revolts me. I'm still eating normally its just in no way enjoyable. Is there any way to stimulate appetite postworkout days?

    you deadlift/squat/bench in 1 workout? How often do you go to the gym? It takes 3 sessions for me to do what you do in 1 training session.

    perhaps you are overtraining?

    No. Full body workouts are fine.

    To OP: try eating smaller meals and more frequently, have something you enjoy, should somewhat boost appetite.

    workout 1 day rest 3 workout 1 rest 3 ect
    The only day I have no appetite is the day following the workout.

    To the OP, maybe eat some "dirty" foods. A slice of pizza, hamburger, or whatever it takes to get you eating?
