    Beginner Pics

    Just started lifting at the gym on campus about 2 weeks ago but just started SS this week. Just wanted to get some before pics out there and see what I need to hit hard and work on. Never lifted before except a few times a year my friends would get me to workout. Appreciate any input!

    Sorry about the one pic I forgot I didn't put any clothes on..I just got out of the shower..

    I'll be honest: You gotta hit it ALL hard. 1st year gains brother! This is an important year if you're going to do this. And don't neglect legs because playing catch-up later is a b!tch! Good luck man!

    Your pretty even all over. The only thing I would say is to make sure you hit legs and back just as hard as you do chest and biceps.

    Thanks man. I love doing legs, those are the most cut muscles on my body surprisingly haha

    Thanks bro! I plan on hitting everything hard. My legs are prolly the strongest part of my body right now. People in high school used to say I had extra knee caps because of my thigh muscles haha
