just saying...amino acids that are equivalent to approx 4 calories per gram although not listed on products due to FDA standards - yea they may help but little calories...that's why diet is key...you get your calories up and eat healthy that's the ticket...supplements just fill in your needs and that's why protein powders make sense for conveniency...other then that drink all the stuff you want...if you don't eat right it doesn't make sense...you eat right then supplements don't make sense.
