I dont know if i posted in the right section or not, if i didn't, admins feel free to move this post to the correct section

So this is my story:

Almost four years ago, I got into a really serious snowboarding accident which almost took my life away. I was then air lifted to the biggest hospital in the province. I was in a coma for a week and a half then I spent another 2 months ish in the hospital. I was then transferred to the rehab. I spent four months there and I was diagnosed with cerebellar ataxia which is a side effect I got from my brain injury. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ataxia This condition caused me to have a really difficult time controlling my muscles. Even my writing was affected and I was forced to turn into a lefty. After being discharged from the rehab, I started hitting the gym everyday because I was told that strengthening my muscles will benefit my condition. Even though the affect to my condition is minimal, I was then hooked up to pumping iron. Knowing from nothing to something in the gym and eating on anything to being as strict as I can with my diet gave me the results I have today. Just go do whatever you have to to reach your goal and don't let anything or anyone to stop you



Feb 21st will be exactly the 4th year since my accident. till td, I am still standing strong and going hard
