    Hows my cut looking? (bf estimate too please)

    Hey guys,

    Been cutting for 2 weeks.

    Here are my macros:
    1883 calories
    178 grams protein
    67 grams fat

    Any progress?

    Also, what do you guys think my BF% is? Just wanna know for macro calculating purposes.

    To be honest with you I can't notice any progress at all, I don't understand why you are cutting you don't have muscle on your frame yet. Listen bro Im going to tell you the best thing to do:
    1)Do SS for 8-12weeks until you plateau
    2)Eat 200-300cals over your maintenance
    3)Cut for 2-3 months
    *REPEAT

    ^^^^ I wish someone told me this when I first started, I had to learn this the hard way.

    i was fat before, so i don't wanna go back to being fat again. i am looking for aesthetics to be honest, and i don't know if i could stand being fat again.

    youll look leaner if you eat 250-300 cals over maintenance a day. You might gain a little fat, probably wont be noticeable. Just do it. Youre going to cut to ribs, and realize you shouldve clean bulked.

    i agree with everyone else, you should bulk. trust me, it's worth it. bulk until you start to get a little too fat and then cut. and btw, i noticed a difference, you're starting to get a deeper v-shape in your midsection imo.but it doesnt matter, bulk until you hit like 20+ body fat

    1lb a week seems ok to me.

    You need to seriously bulk up though. You've got the good frame to start, but make it clean otherwise you'll end up with more fat than muscle.

    Eh in my opinion I'd cut first I've done both (I was also an ex fatty) and I preferred being real lean before I bulk. Makes you feel good being cut and starting to look bigger.

    you do lack muscle mass bro. i started working out a year ago when i was really fat, i lost 40lbs or so and looked decent but doyouevenlift.jpg look.

    so i started bulking, dirty tho and gained about 20 lbs back but did get muscle and bigger lifts. im looking fat again, not as before but ppl noticed.
    going to cut in february till summer

    thanks for the comments man...that's what I'm afraid of; people noticing my fat gains. do you think a bulk from 145 to 155 would result in noticeable fat gain?

    if this is your first time getting into gym, weight loss and such, i strongly suggest you keep cutting, youll look, normal...
    ppl will notice you have lost weight, you'll get more confident and such. then decide what do you want, which will probably be a bulk.
