Gspot, when you tie your hair up how do you do it? Because above it looks like you have very short hair from the front but it's just tied up. I'd like to have that diversity of it looking short when up but long when down.

Gzus, all pumped up but tell us how?
That's your acromioclavicular joint (AC joint). I had a complete AC dislocation 3 years ago, couldn't do any type of sports for 7 months. Nothing to joke around, better get it checked by a specialist. Might be a Grade I AC Dislocation where your AC ligament is either badly stretched or already partly torn. Your AC joint is pointing a bit upwards, so that might be the case.
This is my shoulder after 3 years, you don't want to go through my experience, so please look for a specialist.

Quickly glanced the vids, less time setting up for the squat, elbows pointing down, hips back more.
Deadlifts, shoulder blades too far forward and you got this kinda see-saw thing going on. You straighten your legs up then kinda pump the weight up. You using enough glutes at the top end?
The routine can work, all I'd do is put the Dips before flyes and DB cleans earlier in the shoulder lineup.
injury thread
That usually stops when lat flexing pic gets posted. Still, I like my lat origins. Very aerodynamic.
Not possible at the moment since my left arm is out of commission.
word
Hair tie on right wrist, collect all hair with right hand.
Using left hand slide hair tie off of right wrist and onto rear portion ('pony tail') of hair. Double tie it.
Any errant sections of hair I wrap around the main bun.
Can make it like that, neater/tighter or more disorganized.
Did legs earlier, squatting aggravated it. Romanians Deads and Glute Ham Raises were impossible.
Elbow and shoulder injuries really **** everything up.
Not a big deal though, you guys know I like my rest.
Probably the tan.

#1 hair right there, do you think its possible to pull off long hair when its not curly? my hair is straight as ****
also mirin this baby? 7 month old baby with myostatin defiency, strong legs. I remember someone thought you had that, but it is very noticable during the early ages(one baby could walk after 2 days etc), so unless you were juicy as a baby I dont think you have that

Swelling is down but pumping a soap dispenser hurts so I'll still be absent from the gym. Kinda sucks cause my buddy (who I was gonna get to record gym vids) is actually coming to FL next week.
Shoulder description is a bit vague.
When I just started I'd prob hit every single machine in the gym. Was different back in my day. No making a bunch of threads constantly asking for help, guidance and inspiration. Just walked in the gym and starting throwing **** around. Did my research on the side and eventually became wiser.
Also always had strong legs, so bench/curler was never really an option. It was always about physique.
If you have straight hair rock a Yagyu Jubei/sumo combo. Friend of mine successfully sports long straight hair tied back.
I wasn't rescuing kids from beneath toppled swing-sets as a kid, so I'm looking for a special lady to ensure my offspring have maximum myo powers.Dillon you sob, C.I.A. got you pushing too many pencils? Fix posture - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=123812871

1) Can you aware me on stretching and foaming rolling? And anything related to them? i don't really stretch or do foam rolls, that's maybe why I got injured. Anything else I can do to prevent injury?
been out of lifting for half a year, dropped around 30 lbs and i'm weak as **** now. get stared at and laughed at by these *******s who I could outlift a couple of months back. feelsbadman
2) I'm only at like 125 lbs right now brah, if i bulk up and get to around 175 by december (really shooting for 190) and then go on a cut for 2 months, do you think I can get shredded?
3) or should I bulk up for a period of 1 month, run a mini cut, then do the same thing over again till march next year? I want to get ready for a edm festival i'm going toYou don't pay for things with money, you pay with your time

I just discovered you man. Amazing motivation, subbed to your threads!!
1) How deep do i need to go on squats for maximum size gains?
2) Because of flexibility issues i find it difficult to go even parallel for squats (unless i raise my heels by putting a weight plate beneath them). Do you know of any stretches or anything i could do to help me fix this issue?

There's a thread about stretching+rolling, can't find it right now. I listed some threads in this post that would help you though.
Edit: JM's thread has some foam rolling info, http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=143283433.
I always favor uninterrupted gaining over bulk-cut-bulk-cut. Also being shredded is one thing, being lean with muscle mass is another.
Leaning cable raises or db raises on an incline. My shoulders respond well to volume so delts usually ache during my workouts as well.
Phone thing happens to me too. If I can't use speaker/headset, I just hangup on people when the fatigue kicks in. Unless it's mother.
I've always gone just below parallel.
