Wanted to post a quick shout out to everyone who has helped me. On August 1st I went to my Dr. had high Bp, horrible pulse rate, liver enzyme problems, and more.. at the age of 29. I was embarrassed as I couldn't even be weighed on the scale in the office that had a max weight of 350 pounds. I went out and bought a scale that goes up to 400lbs, I clocked in at 382. He told me I had to do gastro, I told him no. I decided to start off small, walking and light lifting and I'm been doing more and more and starting last 2 months really started hitting free weights hard. In 90 days I've dropped 92 pounds. Pics aren't the greatest, It was with a camera phone and lets face it when you are fat you don't care much about pictures of you. Starting to see muscle definition in the arms, calves, shoulders and forearms. Interesting enough BP is holding pretty solid around 117/60, sitting pulse is at the low 70s, my atls or whatever liver enzymes are in normal range. Not 30 yet but it's coming up around the corner.
I still have a long long long way to go, but pretty darn happy with the information and help I've received here. The steps have been taken. I've made some misteps, but it been nice to be able to post here and get solid advice. Then there is the misc section for those times you are bored :-D (yeah..yeah...inb4 do u even lift? and etc.) Here is too 7,300 more days! Thanks for your time and info! BB.com rocks.
first 22 days:
then some more recent ones.

Good job, bro, definitely plenty of progress. Your face actually slimmed down a lot.
As someone said, just stay consistent. Unfortunately I learnt from experience that getting lax and even missing a few workouts or slipping in that extra meal can mess you up for months as your old habits kick in again.
Keep it up.

It should start to tighten up a bit after a while. It's just the quick weight loss that's doing it.
If you keep really hydrated and make sure you keep hitting the weights, it will probably help with loose skin. I've heard moisturising helps as well.
I wouldn't let it bother you though, to be honest. Just keep focused on getting healthy and lifting heavy.

Good ****ing job man... and keep it up! It may be a long journey a head of you, but I'll tell you, coming from a former fatty myself, it's ****ing worth every ounce of sweat or every piece of unhealthy food you have to overcome and say "no" too.
