    Most all good 7' olympic bars are 44 lbs. They are 20kg. Go check. People just consider them to be 45 out of convenience, I suppose, since it gives you nice numbers in conjunction with standard/lbs plates.

    What exercise do you rate highly for big traps
    When i get my neck/zercher harness ill do front squats all the time. I recon zerchers from low pins are very similar anyway.

    Power shrugs with weight that makes it hard to breath and feels like your arms are going to rip off. Obviously use more than your max DL for reps.

    Im not worried about pain bro, i have done intro and base meso for smolov so i know what pain is. Its just the bruises on my forearms for next 4-5 days look unprofessional at work lol

    Zerchers aren't even necessary, how come you want to do them so bad? No hate/disrespect at all bro. Just saying if your squat and DL go up, your zercher automatically goes up. Its really imo just a test of strength and pain tolerance if you don't use any padding.

    Zerchers done from the pins, develops incredible 'starting strength' which is paramount for anyone wanting speed off the ground when they deadlift. Since they are done this manner, the concentric phase occurs prior to the eccentric phase. Its a gem of a lift really. But thick towels help a bit so ill keep to that
