    Drank heavily both nights last weekend and felt leaner afterward. U mad?

    Seriously though, just keep your protein high, get your fat in for the day, and get your carbs from the booze, mixed drinks, w/e. Dont let the fact that youre drinking hinder your determination. If you can avoid it (I somehow did), dont eat afterwards like people tend to do after a night of drinking. Drink several glasses of water throughout the night and you'll be the mofukkin golden child.

    My biggest issue is gonna be tomorrow, when I drink heavily I don't go to the gym the day after cause I feel sleepy/tired overall, and it sucks because tomorrow is DeadLift day.

    haha I understand it was waterweight, thats why i said the "feeling of being leaner." As soon as I stop "feeling" lean, is when I start to feel demotivated. Therefore, alcohol kept my spirits up on this cut.

    How often were you drinking during your cut? You realize that alcohol has plenty of calories so you may actually have been hurting your fat loss progress. Loss of waterweight is temporary.

    Rarely. I've been around long enough to know the ins and outs of cutting and nutrition. I only drank so much last weekend because it was a special occasion. My cut is going really well so far too. I appreciate the concern/advice though.
