Agmatine; better list of benefits, cheaper, not diet dependent.
EDIT: Well you have to time it right (15-20 mins before breakfast) but I meant to say certain foods don't diminish its effects in the same way nitrate-rich vegetables diminish creatine nitrates effects.http://voidempathy.blogspot.com/

Agmatine for me. Nitrates don't seem to be as productive for me as agmatine. I have issues with blood flow to extremities and agmatine seems to help much more than nitrates. However, I may just have to dose nitrates higher; I may not have tried the dose that gives me the best results.

The problem I have with Agmatine is I haven't found scientific studies on it. People rave about it. I'm not calling them liars. I just prefer to see evidence based on science first.
There is plenty of research on Creatine. There is research on Nitrates. So that's why I said Creatine Nitrate. If I knew more about Agmatine based on science I may change my answer but as of now that's why I made this selection.
