Agmatine or Creatine Nitrate. Which would you choose?

If you could use only one, which would it be and why?

Creatine nitrate. I used Blueprint, and got nothing beyond the effects of the ala. Fierce has nitrates, as does CM2, and both gave me wicked pumps.

Agmatine; better list of benefits, cheaper, not diet dependent.

EDIT: Well you have to time it right (15-20 mins before breakfast) but I meant to say certain foods don't diminish its effects in the same way nitrate-rich vegetables diminish creatine nitrates effects.

Creatine nitrate in this case, one needs carbs with agmatine. However it is not advisable to exercise in a fasted state.

Agmatine dosed with your higher carb meals will provide other benefits, along with providing a greater pump when you do lift.

Agmatine because it has way more benefits than the pump. Nitrates and agmatine produce pretty much equal pumps for me, but agmatine has excellent effects on blood sugar, mood, and neuroprotection

I've been stacking agmatine with a nitrate source pre-wo for months now. Holy sh*t.

Creatine Nitrate because I think you become vasodilated at the same time as cell volumization occurs.

Agmatine for me. Nitrates don't seem to be as productive for me as agmatine. I have issues with blood flow to extremities and agmatine seems to help much more than nitrates. However, I may just have to dose nitrates higher; I may not have tried the dose that gives me the best results.

The problem I have with Agmatine is I haven't found scientific studies on it. People rave about it. I'm not calling them liars. I just prefer to see evidence based on science first.

There is plenty of research on Creatine. There is research on Nitrates. So that's why I said Creatine Nitrate. If I knew more about Agmatine based on science I may change my answer but as of now that's why I made this selection.
