Alright need some advice here, I was just going to get c-bol but then I decided I might as well add pump bol. I've read conflicting things about when to dose. I've read to take 6 c-bol when you wake up then a scoop of pump bol 45 minutes pre workout; then i read somewhere else that it's best to take pump bol 45 min before workout then 6 c-bol directly before working out...so what do you guys recommend?
