    excercises for massive traps?

    Hey I was just wondering if anyone has any good exercises to build really large traps, besides shrugs?

    This^^^
    Deads are great for traps. I like to do upright rows with DB's cause I feel it more in my traps since I think it's easier to pull them higher without as much strain on my rotator cuff as with BB's.
    The juice is worth the squeeze.
