Suggestion. Try no fat Greek Yogurt as a substitute for Mayo. Tuna is dry as heck. Everyone likes the mayo. But Greek yogurt's going to give you the zip and moisture you need, plus extra protein and no fat. I use it all the time. And Greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of chocolate whey powder...pure desert!

Thanks bro!! Ive tried greek yogurt but wasnt a fan...the mayo only has like 4g for 1tbsp....so it isnt to bad....im more worried about cals....im starting to think thats whats it is about

I am honored you think that bro. I couldn't determine the winner - how to you quantify people's sacrifices? We only see a part of the picture of what people go through you know? I wouldn't know how to determine the winner as there are so many that deserve it and I think you do as well bro. Thanks bro, that means a lot! Haha ya i wouldnt want to judge this contest at all!!! Too many great logs!!! It is hard to judge because a lot of the juggernauts couldnt be on all day logging or hitting up threads...ot took a lot of time for me to log and keep up with the logs i wanted.....its the best to sit here and log when i get a chance and hit logs when i want!!! Know what i mean
