Back/chest(just listing working set)
DL-255/6(tough)
Bench press-205/2(went to heavy)+2 rest pause sets
Bb rows-205/4(too heavy)+2 rest pause sets
Incline bench-155/7(tough)+2 rest pause
Reverse grip la tpulldown-160/8+2 rest pause
Db flys-45/8(tough)
*Notes- rep speed was 3 second pos/negs=6sec reps! Form!! I did go alittle to heavy a couple times but now have an idea ehere my strength is... Short rest periods and intense!!! 1 fish oil
15g bcaas+preworkout juggernaut
10g bcaas+5g creatine+1600mg beta alanine(post workout)
6 oz steak
1/2 c brown rice
17 whole almond
15g bcaas
2scooop whey
2 slices toast
2tbsp peanut butter

Im not for sure, right here ther is roughly 2000.....according to what i have figured maintance should be around 3000, so to cut should be around 2500.....the only problem is i could only get down to 220 at 2500cals, so then dropped them to around 2000the and started losing again....so idk if the formulas are real close....i had a rough week this past week with family things so i unfortunately put on some weight but ill get it knvokd back down....the high doses of bcaas should help me keep anabolic!! I didnt write it down but i will have 1.5scoops whey protein so that will put cals at 2225cals....i will see how it works for me!!
