Hi
I'm wondering whether a program like BodyForLife work to lose fat, while building muscle ?
For those who don't know, BFL is progression based with each progression based on your level. So let's say level 5, which is the starting level. This level would be fairly light, think a shopping bag of groceries. Level 10 would be you carrying a elephant up the stairs. Yes very hard.
Something like this ->
12 reps at level 5
10 reps at level 6
8 reps at level 7
6 reps at level 8
12 reps at level 9
12 reps at level 10
