    Trap Difference

    how can i even out my traps? As you can see, my right trap is nonexistent

    I don't really know the answer, but I have the exact same problem with the opposite shoulder. I find that it is getting much more balanced over time, however, as I work on my back in general. I think the reasoning behind this is the weaker half will tire out earlier and get a better workout.

    Id try gaining about 70lbs before I'd worry about "traps." Dude, you're barely over 100lbs lol.

    keep shrugging and deadlifting. they'll even out eventually. my right one used to be more dominant, but after a good half year of high reps shrugs and heavy deads, plus just carrying DBs all over my gym for all my lifts... they've really evened out.
