words cannot describe how bad that article was. why isnt' there a way to report an article?

Some of those points are actually true. You do use more forearm work when you're squeezing the bar with thumbs grip (not that I would ever recommend thumbless unless using very light weight with spotter). You do get more help from leg drive by planting your feet on the ground. And you do decrease the ROM distance by arching your back (the mount mentioned in article). Don't be too ignorant and automatically dismiss things because they don't go with what you've always learned, just saiyan
What he's talking about is basically isolating the chest as much as possible (which is not really recommended for a beginner/noob) yet that is how you isolate it a lot more.
Will be sticking to my regular bench/lifts though since I'm not trying to makes muscles standout atm, rather just add mass all around.

If there is a way to report articles, I would.
BRB bench presses are bad because they don't 'sculp' muscles because they use many different muscles, therefore they don't build mucscle. If they don't build muscle, they make you lose muscle. This is why all powerlifters are fat and unaesthetic.
