    cutting to 10%

im going on a cut till i reach 10% or lower and im wondering how long it would take with
    healthy diet

    currently 14%
i weigh 148 lbs, i know you probably dont think i should be cutting but bulking will come after i cut to 7-10%

    also heres my workout plan
monday: plyometrics morning, weight room in the evening (things like squats, bench press etc.)
    tuesday: bodyweight strength workout
    wednesday: plyometrics
thursday: body weight strength workout in morning, weight room in evening
friday: full body workout, and possibly swimming
    saturday and sunday rest

also, how much calories should i eat a day, im thinking like 1600 or something, what do you think

i wouldnt suggest cutting at 148 lbs unless you are doing it for a specific sport. i.e wrestling. You should build up a solid base of LBM first and then cut down after that

A good starting point for a cut is 2500kcals.

If your not losing a pound a week keep dropping your intake by 250kcals a week until you get the sweet spot. But again like others, i wouldnt cut at your weight, your gonna feel unbelieveabley(WTF?spelling) skinny

the main reason im cutting is for summer, cuz i want abs and the summer is just about the only time i can cut cuz i have a lot of time to make actually healthy food instead of just grabbing something and a lot more control of what i eat where while school is going i cant count calories or anything cuz my school lunch doesnt give me any info and is probably pretty fattening

edit: also i bench 205, i only deadlift 305 lbs though, and i found out recently ive only been doing 1/2 to 3/4 squats with 295x5 but im gonna start doing them right

and if i eat like 2000 cals a day can i still lose stomach fat with my workout?

If I were you I would just deal with not having abs this year, bulk all the way until next summer and then cut before next summer and look better next summer than if you had cut this summer.

If you are skinny as s*** and you have abs, it doesn't look that great. As another guy said in a post somewhere in this forum, abs on a skinny guy is like big tits on a fat girl, it doesn't count.

    You're 15..

You need to feed your body and help it grow.
Dont worry about cutting until you have a good bulk and some solid strength.

At 14% you will still be able to see your abs a little bit anyway. (not as much as you want, i'm aware)
    Big Three:
    Deadlift - 310x5
    Bench - 190x6
    Squat - 275x6

No you will not gain muscle, and you will actually lose some. To gain muscle you must eat over your maintenance and to cut you must eat under, you can not do both.

i probably will wait till summer next year to cut then but what about if i eat around 2000 cals or a lil more with as lot of protein can i still gain plenty of muscle without gaining too much fat
and with all the plyometrics and some swimming im doing can i still increase speed and stuff like that and maybe lose some stomach fat

also i am gonna be bulking a lot during late fall, winter and early spring
