Have you ever tracked the vitamins you get from food? If you have a decent diet you may be getting plenty already.
To answer your question I don't feel better without one. There are a few things I don't seem to get enough of, but I get plenty of the majority.
Also, with the season changing, maybe other **** in your life going good; you may just feel better for other reasons too.Trust the Process

Well you may be getting plenty already then.
I may get flamed for this, but who gives a ****, multi's are not essential. I do take OT, but that is for more than just the vitamins, and like I said, there are a few I don't get enough from food. If your fine without it don't bother buying them.Trust the Process

not so much the brand, more the content. Synthetic forms, for the most part, aren't as absorb-able as natural. Also look at how much is in a serving. Some vitamins are fat soluble, while others are water soluble. So no matter how much you put in your body at once you will only use what your body can.
If you take optimen take one pill three times a day. Orange triad 2 three times a day(what I do) or 2 servings of 3, etc.Trust the Process
