This is a question to all of you with big arms (15 inches+)
How long did you guys spend training to achieve your arms?
Please also post your starting arm width if you know it.

Mines center of bicep 13.5 inch, near shoulder 14.5 inch, to be honest with u , I can get it much bigger anytime soon, my arm tend to grow much bigger and quicker than the rest of my body (except my leg, my leg grows quiet quickly too).
The reason I stopped growing my arm and focusing mainly on cutting has to do with disproportion. I need to grow shoulder and chest bigger, to get the V shape and to look proportionate.. My disproportionate big arms just don't make sense.
So I strongly advise u to look at mirror first, instead of growing arm.. u probably want to wokout on some other parts first.

I went from 11 inch arms to 15 inch arms in relatively about a year of training
dedicate a day to just training your arms, train both biceps and triceps ATLEAST 2x a week, once through movements like pushing/pulling, and the other day through direct work like curls and extensions. it all depends on how you handle frequency, I've always been able to hit my arms 3 days a week although I don't really directly train them anymore because I train for powerlifting now. if I do curls or extensions it's usually accessory work after my pushing and pulling. I've noticed less arm gains though ever since I took away my arm day, my arms have only grown 1 inch in the past 6 or 7 months opposed to the 5 inches I gained in my first year when I had an arm day.
