    Cutting for 4 weeks, Bodyfat %?



    Scale says 9.2%. My goal is 8% but I'm starting to look too small, so I might bulk up a bit. Thoughts?

    Closer to 10% IMO. Could absolutely bulk from here, you're in a good spot.

    I'm at 10%(BOD POD tested, not 100% accurate but better than a scale) and you have similar definition to me. I have a little less muscle mass I would say though

    p.s. my avi is old so dont go by that haha, im having trouble getting progress pics i took with my phone yesterday on to my pc :/

    To add, I cut for 2 months, 165 @ 15% bf down to 150 @ 10%.. I am going to start a bulk Monday for 2 months then just maintain for the summer.

    You're in a good spot to bulk, hope that helps

    Yeah I think I'm going to maintain for a month since the EC has stopped working and I am hungry all the time, then after that jump back on the EC for another 4 weeks to get down to 8%, then lean bulk through summer and winter.
