    Cutting for two weeks?

    After this week, I will be taken off two weeks. I have been bulking for about 3 months. I was wondering if I cut for those two weeks would that be good? I wouldnt be lifting.

    Also how long should I cut? And are there any supps I could take to minimize muscle loss? Thanks guys.

    Also if I was to cut past those two weeks, should I change my routine or just do the same? Thanks.

    not alot will happen in those two weeks
    maybe just completly take two weeks off to let your body recover from the last 3 months you may find this rest period very benificial

    I agree with superman. Those 2 cutting weeks won't do much for you in terms of lowering bodyfat. You'd be better off taking it off and recovering. By the time you hit the gym, you'll grow even more.

    However, if you are interested in cutting, i say atleast 8 weeks of it. Glutamine will help to an extent, but make sure your diet is good.
