    7/16 pr

    This morning I was able to pyramid up to the 85lb dumbbells for incline presses. Lately, I have been doing a pyramid approach to make sure that I am warmed up enough and that I can stay injury free. Today I started with the 65lb dumbbells for 12 reps, the 70lb dumbbells for 10 reps, the 75lb dumbbells for 9 reps and finally the 85lb dumbbells for 7 reps. I know this weight isn't setting the world on fire by any means, but I am making some progress along the way.

    Bench Press

    My bench press went from max 15 pounds, 12 reps to 30 pounds, 12 reps within two weeks of taking Con-Cret Pineapple Flavor. I am now on my second container (raw form) and love this supplement! I can lift harder and heavier then I ever expected I could. Results here I come.

    7/19 pr

    I know these new PR's of mine are only slight improvements over what I was able to do before, but hey, an increase in the numbers is still an increase, right? I was able to increase my deadlift for reps up to 275lbs for 8 reps on my 4th set. As I had previously mentioned, I am using pyramids right now and I started off with 235lbs for my first set for 12 reps, 245lbs on my second set for 10 reps, 255lbs on my third set for 9 reps, and I decided to push it to see how many I could get with 275lbs. In the past, I had only gotten 4 good, clean reps. But now I have worked my way up to 8 reps. The mental victory for me is like an unreal high. And I really believe that it's the addition of Con-Cret to my supplements that is helping me get there.
