    Deadlift form check (video)

Hey guys, ive been wondering how my form for deadlifts is for a while now and finally got a video up. From watching the video I realize that I look down when im bringing the weight down and I am going to work on fixing that. Other than that how does it look? Bad, good, okay? Tips and Opinions would be appreciated, thanks!

Looking down on your negatives isn't a big deal. Forcing yourself to look up like you are during your positives is going to invite injury. Keep your head in a natural position to where you aren't forcing yourself to look up.

Just look around 30 degrees above looking forward. Pull the weight as if you want to fall back on the floor behind you. Using your body weight just not your muscles to help lift.

Alright thanks guys, defiantly dont want an injury so I think ill drop the weight and work on getting my form better by not looking so far up and trying to use my body weight also when I lift.
