Results from my 3 1/2 months of cutting started at 250 down to 209. Still got another 9-19lbs I want to loose.

Not having to much issues with loose skin, Try to get my calorie deficit around 750-950, around 2200-2400 cals. I eat every 2-3 hours upon waking first 3 meals are carbs/pro and last 3 meals are healthy fats/pro. Taking in about 250-300 grams of protein a day I also sip BCAA's to help stay annabolic. Been avg only about 1.5-2.0lbs of weight loss a week staying with in the healthy weight loss range. The first big 8-10 lbs came off fast but thats just mostly **** water weight from eating unhealthy and I used to drink every night as well, but I don't drink anymore.
