I've been doing different types of vertical jump training for some time now, specifically jumpsoles for 8 weeks, and The Vertical Jump Bible for 4 weeks so far and still going. Im 5'8", 165 lbs, 5% fat, 4.2 40 yard dash. So if anybody has any tips they can give me I'de appreciate it
Here is my journal:
31 inch standing vertical/36 running vertical
After jumpsoles:
31 inch standing vertical/ 38 inch running vertical
After 4 weeks of vertical jump bible:
33 inch standing vertical/38 inch running vertical
