the side fat. i dont like how it bulges out. eat less? or is there a way to target that area doing certain crunches. Ive only started working out my lower back in the past year, is it my lower back?

You can't "target" areas to lose fat. You can build muscle in those areas, but you can't decide where your body will lose fat. Like above mentioned, it doesn't look that bad, I have a similar body shape. Get your BF% lower and it will decrease, but it just looks like you naturally have larger sides.

first of all, you have very little fat there....most of that is muscle.....DON'T DO DIRECT EXERCISE FOR IT or it will bulge out even more.....
continue to grow your UPPER BODY, keeping your diet clean....if and when you cut down for a show, it will then be minimalized....
your problem is in your taper: it isn't enough yet......keep working that upper body and time is your friend here....
