Hi.I've become keen on training at home, and so far a heavy sandbag, a light barbell(will buy some plates sometime though), and an endomorphic body type is all I got, for creating a workout. Moreover, I'd want to do a full body workout, because I found it to be the most stimulating type of workout for me.
Here's the exercises that were selected:
sandbag romanian deadlift
sandbag bench press
backward sandbag drag
sandbag headlock walk
bodyweight vertical leg crunch
sandbag power shouldering
barbell military press
bodyweight plank
About 10-15 reps/exercise and 3-4 circuits should be enough.
There's probably room for improvement, so I'm eager to get advice!

What advice do you seek?
You have cool ass, raw equipment and have plans to move it, throw it, squat it, press it and all other kinds of cool ****.
Get to it.
And for the love of muscle get some damn weight plates to make it worth your while. Oh, and a weighted belt for dips and chins.Real Men Eat Meat and Vegetables.
