Ok, weird question for the misc, but I want some serious replies.
I've figured that since I can do more weight on decline bench than flat bench, and the ROM takes out maybe some of the very bottom part of the chest component would it be better for tricep development? By this i mean the tris would be getting the full ROM, but i can take advantage of better leverage by being almost in a PL style bench stance.
so say theoretically 210x6 flat bench vs 240x8 decline.. which would be better tricep builder?

Will decline benching help your chest? Hell yea. Will it bring you huge triceps? No.
If you want big triceps; close grip bench press, skull crushers, overhead DB extensions, weighted dips.
That being said decline bench has really helped bring up my chest and flat bench. Dorian Yates is a huge advocate of declining.Bears - Hawks - Bulls - fukk baseball

yes, i started to lift weights in September 2007, but it wasn't until I joined this site (June 2008) that i discovered that biceps aren't the only muscle we have. so yes, i worked BICEPS since 2007 cuz i was a noob and didn't know what i was doing till i joined the site. so all other muscles i started working around summer 2008. and actually probably didn't work legs until almost a year later. so probably been just a little over 2 years. atleast i wasn't dumb enough to run a cycle while only working out for 1 year, and not even knowing how to make natty gains, or have a good diet.
brb cycling with an unplanned diet, and unplanned workout routine (not hitting legs), and coming out of cycle with gyno, and look puffy and bloated worse than pre-cycle, and made gains that i actually could've made better natty.

Lmfao o lord another ***got ass hator, Ok who cares what I do? What do you care? brb cycling with a unplanned diet putting ong 20lbs loosing 3lbs going to a clean bulking going from 15% bf to 13%. Not getting gyno, brb squatting twice and put a inch on legs. Brb putting on 60 YES 60 Pounds in 11 months, brb becoming swole as **** with another year of lifting. And I have a good diet and I know how to make natty gains. Who the **** are you to judge me and say what I can and can not do. I never bashed you at all fcker

you may have put on 20 lbs, but not quality weight. yes gyno, i saw it! do what you want, but now ur stuck in a mess, because you've cycled once, and didn't know wat the fk u were doing, now ur screwed! u can make good gains with a good diet, i've made way better gains (not noob gains either) than you did on your cycle being natty on my last bulk. went from 158 to 176 in 3 months, bench went up 60 lbs, deadlift 80 lbs, and squats went up 90 lbs.
no u didn't bash me, but i noticed you got gyno so i told u, and u raged..

Lmfao I don't have gyno I did a high dosage of nolva and I went to the doctor and got it checked. Your just a idiot, idc how much you dl. Just saying your that that much a bad ass.
medication and surgery can fix gyno, but you can't fix living in your mums house.
