Tell me your current supplement daily intake! O.N 100% whey and Dynatamize Whey (mmmm blueberry muffin whey. lol) generic brand Fish oil, primaforce CLA, primaforce ZMA, and scivation xtend!
I work out twice a day with one 530am lifting sesh (maybe end it with cardio as well depending on time constraints) commute to work 8-6, go train MMA/jiujitsu from 7-9. I am recomping (mostly just getting them abs!) and have been sticking strongly to my diet (easy because hard to cheat when at work with no food but premade chicken breast lunches) but I am STARVING all of the time even eating only ridiculously clean foods which makes me a sad panda. Honestly I did not know products like this existed... but I think its awesome they do! Would be shaweeeet if I got a chance to log these bad boys.
As for the funny pic... this one always gets me!
Lifting to put on size/strength for MMA. Been training since I was 5, and currently looking for a training partner @UCLA.
