I've seen little growth in my biceps despite my efforts for the last 6 months or so. I can get a big pump, but i don't think i am working the whole muscle as much as possible. The area closer to my forearm gets very hard and worked extremely well, but the area closer to my shoulder stays pretty soft throughout my workout. I spend about 40-50 minutes on my biceps twice a week and i do a variety of exercises. Close grip, wide grip, hammers... I use cables, bars, ropes... I do palm up with dumbells... I also do a lot of isolating exercises, it changes from workout to workout.
My question is : Is there a specific exercise that will work my upper bicep area?

Adding pullups 4sets x failure has real helped to kick my arms in shape.

I have video of 315 on my fb... Dont have 340 on vid, last time i maxed was a couple months ago and i went for 355 and failed, but i did get up 335. I always get hounded about this..
I said atleast 10 hours, its usually around 12-14... And its more than double my body weight lmao. 160 x 2 = 320.. Too be fair i weigh 165 now, still more than double :PLast edited by Smett; 04-14-2010 at 09:01 PM.

Holy moley 155kg bench at 150lbs .. is that some type of commonwealth strength record. Is this stat true or a bit exaggerated..

1% of the world can bench 2x their BW. OP did it by the age of 20. Cell tech abuse?
also 10-14 hours a week? lol bro i workout 5x a week for a total ranging from 4-5 hours. I never do more than 3 things for biceps as well.

Are you eating enough? Are your biceps not growing at all even though your gaining weight? Make sure your eating enough calories to allow those biceps to grow.
