I just started running about 3 weeks ago (has never been a part of my routine/schedule before).
I had asthma as a kid, haven't had any attacks since i I was 7.
My question is this; I'm running 20 minute intervals at a time, going for my maximum distance and once I reach around 13 minutes my left arm from the elbow down freezes over. That is to say, it feels like if you slept on it and it fell asleep, numbness, tingling. I push through this every time and when i'm finished it only takes a couple minutes to recooperate.
Is this something I should be pushing through? Will it progressively cease and my blood circulation improve?
It's only this one part of my body (I cant imagine why my right arm is fine).
