First off thanks to Armando for hooking me up with this great looking product.
Goals- Add overall strength and size to my legs. They are lacking in all areas from being neglected for the years esp this past year. Training hasn't been great this year. Lots of excuses and inconsistency.

Subbed, and looks like a start to a great log. I'm sure if you want to buy another one, Armando wouldn't mind. It would just be more beneficial to your log and your workouts. Can't wait to see how you like this. Are u going to be posting before and after pictures?

Awesome bro. I appreciate you going further to even purchasing a second bottle. 2 servings a day you will see awesome results. Not to mention you will be close to maxing out reccomended daily consumption of Beta Alanine and LCLT. Which is good. Later on if you continue to use Protocol you can even go further and split one of the doses up so that you have three servings in the day since ingredients like Beta work well spread out.

Day 1-
I changed my routine to 3-4 days of full body. I did this friday and the workout was great. Now onto tonight's. I am having issues with my phone so I am going to take some more pictures on wed with my wife's blackberry and post them then.
Warmup-
3 sets of pullups- 4-5 reps. I struggle with these
3 sets of pushups with one arm on a med ball- 10 reps each arm.
Back- Rack Deads- 5 sets- 3 working sets of 405lbs for 5,4 and 4.
Chest- Incline DB Press- 5 sets- 3 working sets of 80lbs for 8,8 and 7 reps
Shoulders- Clean and Press- 5 sets- 3 working sets of 185lbs for 5 reps (these felt great)
Traps- Power Shurgs- 4 sets of 135 to failure- didn;t count reps
Superset- Cable curls/Rope Pushdowns- 100lbs til failure
Squats- 4 sets up to 315lbs for 5 reps- Not bad considering not working them often.
Calf Raise- 4 sets of 225lbs for 10 reps
Abs- Rotation of planks.
Great workout, not my best numbers by any means but I am alot of motivation esp seeing some of these young bucks on this forum looking better and stronger then me
Thoughts- Tastes great! Pumps were awesome! I think the routine helped with this by going heavy and then into more hypertrophy. Endurance is very low but I did keep my rest periods brief as usual. I was happy with the weight considering the inconsistency of my training. Had some nice veinage popping out in my arms and the one in my shoulder made a brief appearance. All in all I had a great workout and look forward to the end results!

Looking good. Taking it 2 times a day is optimal in my opinion and thats how i used it for the first 12 weeks. After a short break (4-5 weeks) I'm expiramenting with 2 on training days and 1 on off days to see if I notice any diffrence. Your endurance should go up as you go on. This is one of those supplements that just get better with some time. Good luck and I'll be following along!

This computer is making me mad with these pictures, but I will figure it out. Got some gym pictures too. I will figure out why it keeps saying error when I try to move them from the phone to the computer.
Day 3-
88 Felt great in the gym tonight, endurance was actually better, not much but I could tell a difference. Pumps were just as good. Need to improve on my pressing movement. Kinda tweaked my back(naggin issue) doing deads so I will switch to rack deads and I skipped squats and did leg presses.
Diet was on point to today, lots of fish, eggs, veggies and fruits. I need to start writing this stuff down and post it as well.
Back- Deads- 5 sets, 3 working sets of 405lbs for 5 reps. Tweaked my back on the last one.
Chest- DB Press- 5 sets, 3 working sets of 90lbs for 7,7,5 reps
Shoulders- DB Press- 4 sets of 85lbs for 8 reps
Shurgs- 4 sets of 225lbs- didn't keep up with reps, guessing around 10 or so.
DB Curls- 4 sets of 45lbs for 8-10 rep
Dips- 4 sets of BW for 8 reps
Leg Press- 5 sets of 6 plates on each side- 10 reps, lol not that strong
Calf Raise- 4 sets of 225lbs til failure
Skipped the core work, will do tomorrow to let my back rest and recover.
Overall very nice workout, slight improvements but noticed a big difference in my endurance. Again little rest peroids between sets- 20-25 sec. I was sweating like a pig, it was great.
