Hi,
Me and few of my friends started to learn some moves from muy thai, judo and other fighting styles. not to do it professionally, but just for fun.
I have a few questions, does these trainings will affect my powerlifting results? I train in gym for 3(1/3/5) days in week and MMA 2(2/4) days. We will add one more day for speed, reaction and endurance training.
And one more question, does anyone have some speed/reaction training programs? I know it isnt realy straightly related to bodybuilding, but maybe there is some boxers out there who have had some professional trainings. It would be very helpful if you could share this type of information.
