Hello all, first off thank you for the help in advanced!
i went from 400+ down to 270 right now. and im trying to get to about 200-210 before beginning next year! is that to much of a far reach? or is it do able with proper diet and exersice?

ull be needing around
350 grams of protien
100 grams of carbs
30 grams of fat
per day
divide them to 5,6, or 7 meals a day ,eat the gr8et portion of carbs in the morning or noon 1 pm at most,ur last meal let it be 2 or 3 hours b4 u sleep and let it be protien,drink alot of water,train hard and sleep wellCherish your life. Live to tell your story

Congrats on your success so far man.
Yes your goal is totally achievable with a realistic and well structured plan.
You need a proven plan for success. What got you where you are may not get you where you want to go. Your obviously doing some of the right things but initial weight loss is easy, it could be time to step it up and be sure you doing every thing right.
Use the wealth of info available on here and model the best of the best, those who have gotten real results and have achieved the kind of physic you would like. Everyone will give you advice, you need to be intelligent enough to know which is worth taking and listening to and applying for what you want.
