Started out at 120lbs, currently 140. Last picture was taken ~2 weeks ago.
First 1 is flexed..didn't have any pics with relaxed body, other 2 are relaxed.

My calves are small...and they don't want to get any bigger :P

I don't do any cardio..at all...Maybe 1 or 2 minutes twice a week just because of gym class but that's all. Also, i almost don't do any ab exercises at all lol. I'll do a few sets of decline sit ups once every 2 weeks or so...I guess my abs got buiilt from doing some hardcore squats and deads lol, that and i started with a really low bf%, and managed to gain 20lbs with minimal fat gain so my abs are still pretty visible even during my bulk. Hopefully it will continue like that so i won't have to cut for long :P. I'll try to get some back pictures soon.
I'm happy with my overall progress..i still want to continue my bulk though, maybe until 165-170. I'm currently doing the starting strength routine. I use whey, creatine and a multivitamin..My brother gave me a tub of sp250 so i use that sometimes as well.

Leg pics. I just don't see how you could gain 20 lbs and not see it visibly. Looks more like gaining of 5 unless it all went to your legs. I'm not trying to be rude or anything dude, I just don't see it.
