I'm just about to start dieting but want to keep the muscle mass I have, so I thought I'd supplement to gain mass with the goal of keeping my energy up and maintaining my gains.
My wife and I will soon start NutraSystems (the home delivery meal plan) which is basically a reduced calorie diet. (1,200 - 1,500 calories daily) My goal is to lose 30 lbs but again, keep the mass that I've developed through the years.
So what do you peeps think of this stack, or should I instead go for a weight loss stack that will complement the caloric deficit diet. My goal here simply is to lose the fat, but keep the muscle.

Stats on me:
37 years old
20 years of consistant lifting
6'2
234
21.5% body fat
18 inch arms (flexed)
47 inch chest
16.5 inch neck
40 inch waist (hence the diet)
25 inch thighs
Target Goals
Weight 205 lbs
Body Fat: 10%
Waist: 35 inches
and keeping all the muscle I've worked for.
I recently ran out of supplements so I figured I'd try something different to shock my body. I'm not an expert in supplments so I'm completely open to advice.
Thanks in advance.
