I tried Hemavol out yesterday for a leg workout. I took ten Hemavol and four caps of clearshot. I finished up squats with a 20 rep widow maker. My quads were hanging over my knees High Volume seated calf raise had my cows pumped and veiny. My legs stayed pumped up until I went to bed.

Today is shoulders and tris. I'm expecting a gnarly pump and some nice vascularity.

Still too early to give a final verdict, but I am expecting great things out of this product. Very outstanding profile.

I took my first dose yesterday for a leg workout. Legs always swell and hurt big time so I can't really say it was any better or worse than usual. I will probably write a review after I finish the first bottle (got 2). Pills were easy to swallow and I had a great workout when stacking it with some CSC. Looking forward to the coming weeks. Thanks for offering it at such a great price. I think all companies should introduce products in a similar fashion.

i totally agree. pretty excited to try this out tonight. i'm using a 4-day workout condensed to a 3-day. today's workout will actually be 2-day's worth. so, should be a good test for this stuff. do i treat this product as any other pre-wo? meaning, is it ok to use my normal intra-wo supps (intrain, wraath, or intrabolic)?

Alright, Got my Hemavol yesterday and gave it a go. Note, before working out i had a very upset stomach ALL day and it sucked. I dont know if it was from Glycobol or something i ate. But anyways, I took Hemavol 40 minutes prior to working out with Presurge (love presurge but never really get too much of a pump off it). I was just hitting tri's. After my first set of weighted dips my arms immediately swelled up and stayed that way until the end of my workout. Vascularity was up and i was very impressed. Also this was at only about 50% intensity due to the stomach. So first thought of the product. It does exactly what it claims to do. Hitting legs today and expect good things. Ill post back later.

I believe that Vaughn mentioned the preferred dosing will be all 10 pre-workout. It makes sense, considering wanting the full AGPC dose before training.

Okay, to avoid double posting, just gonna put up my review here:

Awesome preworkout, about what I expected the quality of this product to be. Today was leg day, but I did biceps first just to test out the pump and wow...Before I got to the gym, I was already getting pretty vascular. About 4 sets into my bicep workout, the pump set in and my arms were full as hell. One of my training buddies commented that it's probably the most pumped he's ever seen my arms (srs). Nice full feeling in the muscle, good vascularity, overall hemavol did what it said it would. I'm hoping the effects get better w/ each dosage.

solid 9/10 in my book.

Did u follow the dosing insructions? Food 90-120 minutes preworkout(light meal, I prefer just whey) then hemavol 45 minutes preworkout with 24-32oz water?


Edit: why are u doing legs, back, shoulders, traps all in one workout? Sounds to me like ur not doing enoguh reps/sets for each muscle
group to get the pump started

why am i doing all that in one day? i'm doing scivation's tri-phase workout. it is designed around a 4-day workout. i only have access to a weight room 3 nights a week. therefore, my third day is actually 2 of the tri-phase workouts combined into 1.

Sorry to hear mate. I am thinking if you do have a lot of fat tissue blocking the dimension between skin and muscle the increase in fullness and vascularity will be less apparent.

But the performance enhancing effects should be there nonetheless. There will be a buildup as you take the product so you should start noticing great endurance and between set recovery
