Well today is the first day of my diet and ive been looking around the forum on Keto diets and tips. I think I went alittle overboard on the food today but if you guys can critique what I have so far I would appreciate it =)

Like I said I think I kinda went overboard.
I checked my daily maintanence and its 2852. I work out about 5-6 times a week

From what i understand.. Your carb count is way to high.. should be around 30 or less.. I have this problem too.. I am usually around 40-50 if i include my PWO with out i am still on the high side at 29.. Also Tomatoes and carrots have too much sugar... try and stay with veggies that have lots of fiber in them. Then subtract the fiber to get your net carbs.. I think you protein is to high also.. should be 1 gram per lean body mass...But keep it up..
