heres the low down:
this bitch is orthodox catholic. i banged her. condom broke. gave her the plan B pill. she did not take it but lied and said she did. she ends up pregnant. ignores me for 3 months then out of nowhere call me to drop this bomb on me. i was drunk but i rushed over to her house to talk to her and her mother about it. everything seemed cool. father finds out and freaks. blames me for ruining his family. he convinced his daughter into thinking i "forced" myself on her. they are doing everything they can to keep me out of the babys life. we r now in a huge legal battle. this guy called my mother to tell her that he was going to kill me. he comes to my house and starts causing all kinds of trouble. i move to arizona to go to school at ASU. i called him a month ago and told him we are getting nowhere and that i want to speak with his daughter because i want to make progress. the dude is wacked out of his mind. completely irrational was like "thats good that u want to make progress...but u should have thought about that before you fuked her in my den!!" then he goes on a rampage. she has a boyfriend whos like 27 and his claiming MY baby as his. i go back home in 1 month. what should i do?

-she and her boyfriend are playing house with MY baby
- her family is using the baby as leverage to spite me

Get a paternity test, prove that you the father. Once you do that then it will probably go to the courts if she is acting like this. Get your visitation rights, pay your child support and be a good dad. But yeah you going have to deal with her and her crazy azz family forever.
