Hello,
I am trying hard to build lean muscle. I currently weigh 163lbs. I have been doing the hatfield 4 day routine for the pastr month. I have seen significant results in my upper body and legs but still have some fat in my mid section. Any idea how to get rid of that without losing my muscle?
Supplements I take everyday:
Gold Standard Core Nitro protein---breakfast shake with milk and banana
100% whey by gold standard ---post workout
Scivation xtend amino during work out
