I have tried both. I swore by White Flood, and considered it the best PWO drink I have taken. Loved the tingle factor, pump, etc. But I must put Jack3d ahead of it. I find the pump and energy to be better. I read a previous review, where someone said to the effect that it makes you want to break the weights in half. I second that sentiment.

I did take a 1-month stim. break before trying Jack3d, FYI.

the serving size, 1 scoop is 5 grams, but does it have 3.5g creatine?

1g of monohydrate. i will differ with my USP rep who comes in....1g of monohydrate is not enough to have desired effect. that is why i supp with kre-alklyn. but im glad it doesnt have more in it as monohydrate gives me ****s and cramps.
