I just randomly thought of this today and thought I'd share :-p Obviously it would feel a bit weird, but you'd cool off faster, less interference from clothes stretching (or maybe lose that extra help like power suits), better mind-muscle connection?
Maybe doing squats ATG, your dingle will hit the floor a couple times. I can go pretty far down.
I imagine if you're a heavy sweater, it could be dangerous doing an exercise like the squat, for having a sweaty, slick back, much easier to have the weight slip down your back.

Hah this post made me laugh, balls to the wall wasn't bad either.
It's an interesting thread actually, about the whole cooling off faster thing. Come to think of it, I often workout shirtless but usually have jeans on. Certain motions are a bit restrictive wearing jeans because they'll stretch or get in the way. I suppose working out in your boxer-briefs would be sufficient to get rid of most problems. I am lucky enough to have a set-up where I can workout at home too and don't have to go to a gym so it doesn't matter what I wear.

It would have to be at a home gym. Face it, do you really want to see all of those fat people naked at the gym?

I like to do as much of my cardio naked as possible, at least when the opportunity arises to engage in my favorite form of cardio.

That doesn't sound good to me. I need some kinda clothing support. Plus if you were doing squats or other excercises which require the ass to be spread, that would leave you open to all kinds of bad **** should the wrong kinda person creep up behind you!

Well I am not blessed enough to have to worry about anything dangling to the floor on atg naked squats.
I would be a little leery of doing heavy dumbell upright rows naked though.
