These 2 pic are exactly 1 year apart and i am wearing the exact same shirt.
About a 26kg gain.
Been training seriously for about 8 months.

Yes you've put some size on.. 3 quick things though..
1. Why did you buy that ugly shirt in the first place.
2. Why are you standing relaxed in the first picture and flaring your lats out in the second.
3. To show off the shirt, did you need to be in that tight underwear?

Oh ok. Yeh my DP was taken about 10kg ago and at the time i had terrible traps. Ive been working on them alot lately and they have come out but still not completely happy. Also the angle on the DP hides whatever traps i had at the time haha.Originally Posted by AboveAverage
