Some pretty quick times in here.
I ran track for a few years in high school but royally screwed my ankle skateboarding. (Yes stupid, I jumped off a 6 stair set and landed sideways on my ankle).
After I recovered I think my best time was 11.8 (100m) my junior year. Still mad I didn't train and try to run track at my current school. I doubt I could ever break into the 10s though and that's what I would probably need.
My training was bad and nutrition was worse. #1 recommendation is to get those in line and have a desire to get better.

Freshman in college. My supplement stack is multi-vitamin, vitamin c, creatine mono, BCAAs, and just ordered some Beta-Alanine.
I do retain some water on creatine but my strength and explosiveness gains are noticeable in long and triple. I gain the ability to do multiple 95-100% jumps without fatigue. My recovery is so much quicker on the creatine and BCAAs that I won't train without them. Though I do a 3 week on 1 week off cycle regardless if it is necessary or not. I have my first decathlon of the season this Sunday, we will see how it goes. Will not be taking creatine on race day. Oh and stay super hydrated. I drink a water bottle per class period and always make sure you piss clear.Bench-225

I'm trying to find a good diet for me, need to lose some unnecessary fat and look more cut
I run D1 college track and still competing
my PRs in high school...
100-10.45 FAT
200- never really ran it but 20.8 split in 4x200
As for college track i've been hurt and havent got to run very much, due to not be flexible, bad dieting, good overall base, and strength in weights.
What are some good foods to eat?

Well obviously you're quite biased: Personal Website: http://www.drugfreesport.com
Care to post your evidence where people had to get toes/fingers cut off because of vitamins?
There have been THOUSANDS of studies on creatine showing its effectiveness and safety. If you honestly think otherwise, you're delusional. I've read hundreds of them.
Multi-vitamins? Safe.
If you buy bulk, plain creatine powder you're going to be fine. If you buy multi-vitamins from reputable companies, that have had plenty of studies over their products, and that are proven to be safe, then you'll be okay. You aren't going to have to get your toes cut off.
I'll also add that when I was a sprinter I never used pre-workout supplements. Was this because I thought they were unsafe? No. It was because I was never really introduced to them til I started wrestling and getting into football more. I didn't know enough about them when I was sprinting. Do I think by taking creatine it will negatively effect people if taken correctly? No.
99.999999% of the time, if you take them correctly, you'll be okay.

200= 23.01 FAT
4x100 split= 10.3
4x200 split= 22.0
here with a pretty good while until regionals, i was wonder what could help give me an edge,
Ive narrowed it down to either getting hydroxycut hardcore (or some other fat burner) to help me cut some of my extra weight, or getting something like no-xplode to help me perform faster.
any suggestions?

ive visited this site alot, but just recently got a account. Was looking for other track athletes around the boards, guess i found some. I run D2 track. i primarily just run the 400m now due to getting hurt in the short distances... might try some 800s in the future. but, 400m is a sprint so ill post my times here.
Outdoor:
400m: 46.49
4x400m: part of a 3:08 relay, split 46.2
Indoor:
400m: 47.24
4x400m: 3:10 split 46.6
For all those in high school still, keep doing your best and most important just work hard. dont worry bout all the supplements, maybe some protein when you are in college, but just train hard and smart. dont try to do too much though at once, let yourself develop throughout your high school and college years and dont try to do new training ideas all at once, or you could potentially get stale in your progress and not reach full potential. ive gone a long way from high school, with a lot of road blocks, but by just training hard and learning from my mistakes. so best of luck to everyone.
high school prs
200m- 21.96
400m- 49.26
600m- 1:21.39

ah i do sprint, im not very good at all, i am/ used to be before i started Bodybuilding a
long-middle distance runner. Im a natural runner, but not competitivly fast, but far better than your average joe espec since i didnt really train.
400m PB: 1 min dead
5 miles: 33-35mins is what i think i could do now, last time i ran i hit about 34 so i think 33 is my PB in my last relay marathon
aint, trained since i started bodybuilding, as im a bit ectomorph and it will destroy muscle atm, once ive got a bit of mass on il accomadate the running with extra cals n start doing it casualy again

I ran AAU track, did 1 2 and 4 hundred. 100 time was 11.09 200 was 21.02 400 49.6. Not good enough for NCAA but bleh.
I tried Nitric Oxide before track. Its gonna make your muscles ready to fire off, but depending on your sensitivity to what ever your taking (in my case superpump) your gonna be too tight to move fluidly and form will suffer.

Aspiring Spinter
Hey all,
I've been training for track for about 3 months now ( complete noob)
I've fixed up my form decently, thanks to one my friends on the track team.
Last month i got a 13.5 100m.....I know it's really bad, but how bad is it for a beginner?
This month, about 2 weeks ago i got a 6.4 50m, no 100m time though.
How much hard will it be for me to break 12 seconds flat?Getting shredded.
