from experience, i'd say it does to a point. when i started a keto diet at under 20g of non-fiber carbs per day, i was irritable as hell for about a week. after that i had a level of mental clarity and focus which i'd never experienced before. the metal clarity only lasted a couple days, and the focus continued for about another week. after this the metal effects fell off. but the cut was great.
