What supplemenets do you guys take during a cut?

Ok so it is good to take creatine with a cut, is it not recomended to take fat burners during a cut if you want to preserve muscle?

- Fish Oil
- Casein Whey
- Whey
- Greens+
- Animal Pak
I'm not into Thermogenics, I'm hyper-sensitive to stimulants. If I did have to pick a 'fat burner' it would be the EC stack. Know exactly what your putting in your body, most of the crap on the market contains ingredients that have not been researched very well, if at all.

not needed but they do help... (low carbing hitting very heavy weights == OUCH)

tons of other healthy/natural vitamins and minersals as well (too many to list)
edit: supps are the same as bulk just use more food

So sticking with creatine, my vitamins and my usual whey is perfectly fine for a cut then from the sounds of it?

Ephedrine/Caffiene stack, gives me energy and gets the heart rate up and BCAA`s to help the muscles heal.
i`m also on the keto diet but when I lift heavy 3 days a week I cut my fat to almost nothing along with the carbs and eat about 1.5grams of protien for pound of bodyweight.
this is just what works for me, your mileage may vary.
