    I take Creatine(Green Mag)Fish Oil, Protein, Glycergrow

    You need to take creatine on a cut in order to preserve the muscle you have, fat burners are great and all but nothing holds a candle to a great diet and exercise plan.

    I'm not into Thermogenics, I'm hyper-sensitive to stimulants. If I did have to pick a 'fat burner' it would be the EC stack. Know exactly what your putting in your body, most of the crap on the market contains ingredients that have not been researched very well, if at all.

    Nobody NEEDS to take creatine.

    With a sound diet and heavy lifting muscle mass can be preserved just fine.

    Creatine isn't needed to preserve muscle. If anything, on a serious cut, some creatines can bloat you up and that's the last thing you want for a show.

    I think the most important supp on a cut are your aminos and make sure you get enough protein.

    I just use a Multi Vitamin, Whey, and have started using Superpump250 as a pre-workout.

    Was previously using superpump, but took a 2 month break from it.

    Ephedrine/Caffiene stack, gives me energy and gets the heart rate up and BCAA`s to help the muscles heal.

    i`m also on the keto diet but when I lift heavy 3 days a week I cut my fat to almost nothing along with the carbs and eat about 1.5grams of protien for pound of bodyweight.

    this is just what works for me, your mileage may vary.
