545 Max Bench Press Workout ( BIG PR ) in an Inzer Rage X on 1-5-09!
Praise GOD! This was a great lift!
In 2009 it looks as though all of '08s hard work may really payoff!
This was an awesome workout wearing a size 50 Inzer Rage X shirt.
The 545 was a strong lift and really pushes into another level of bench pressing!
I am really looking forward to my next meet (09 NASA Upper Midwest in February) so I can make it official.
Have a great day and train hard!

PR Thread.
Edit: Wow, not only did you post it there, you also felt the need to post it here. Do you think you're some kind of big deal?BRB' Projectile Vomitin'

I posted in the PR thread because it was a PR!
I posted here for discussion on improving the lift and because I honestly don't read the PR thread very often but I check the forum more regulary.
I thought that would be pretty obvious, but regardless those were my reasons.

You posted here for discussion? Good job on not asking for any critique or comments, and generally coming across as the new Little Billy.

One thing I noticed over the time I have posted here on the forum, if you post something it will usually start a discussion.
People freely state their views.
So for that reason I didn't feel the need to ask for discussion, because it just happens.
Have a great day and TRAIN HARD!

NOTHING is sacred.
"BUT... it's way too easy to get caught up in all this ****ing minutia- like the kids on the Teen forums who won't eat regular peanut butter because it has 4g of sugar or whatever, ATG nazis, obsessing about every part of training, etc. Simplicity works." -101CavGrunt

Not to sound like an arse munch, but why do both NASA competitors on this forum have identical writing styles? (i.e. "Look how I is teh leet! MAXIMUM power bench press Inzer rage high adrenaline super octane praise Jesus!)
Self-fluffing gets old real fast.

So RyHam who are you referring to because unless I miss counted there are many NASA competitors on bb.com forums.
Several lifters post on the powerlifting section.
I do compete in NASA but I also in USA Powerlifting.
I missed the part about where you compete??
TRAIN HARD and have a great day!

Why the hell are people so rude in this thread? 545 is an awesome lift man, congrats. I dont see any reason not to post this in multiple forums
