I just started a cycle of CEL H-drol. Today is day 3, but the first 2 days I just took 25mg a day (1 pill). Today I took 50 mg and will continue taking 50 mg a day for the remainder of this cycle which I plan to be 4 -5 weeks.
Previously, I stacked Epistane and Propadrol for my first cycle which I logged on BB.com. I had decent results.
This time I am looking to cut down bodyfat and increase strength. I am about 213 right now. I lost about 5 lbs of fat within the last 5 weeks.
I am taking support sups as well, and I do have my pct lined up.
Some of my current lifts are as follows
Flat DB Bench 100x9
Military DB Press 80x6
Squats 275x6
BB Row 225x8
I will continue to update this log, feel free to make comments or suggestions.

I just figured 50 mgs would be sufficient, based on what I have seen others take and since I have never taken it before. However, if I don't see results I like by 2 or 3 weeks I will probably bump it up to 75 mg and extend the cycle to 5 weeks.
For PCT I have 6 oxo which I will taper down from 500 or 600. I also have anabolic extreme advanced pct, which I used after my epistane cycle. My strength contiued to increase during pct after my last cycle ended so I am going to stick with it. Although last time I used Novedex XT instead of the 6 oxo. I also got a free bottle of Kre Alkalyn which I will throw in.
If anybody thinks I should bump it up to 75 mg a day let me know. I think I underdosed the first 2 weeks of my epistane cycle at 20 mg a day which probably limited my gains. i don't want to do that again.

Subb'd for this one, was looking into H-Drol after I finish up 3-AD. Cept I would prolly use Reversitrol for PCT to give that a shot

Day 6
I worked out chest this morning and had a decent workout. Nothing out of the ordinary, but I did get one more rep at 225 on flat bench. Nothing to note as far as the H-drol yet. I played basketball for about 1.5 hrs after work today

Note- went back up to the gym after work yesterday and hit a few biceps exercises and abs, followed by 30 mins of cardio.

Have not noticed anything from the H-drol yet.
Also, I forgot to mention In week 3 of pct I will add in lean extreme.
I added cissus yesterday to help with my joints. I have had a problem with tendinitis in my knees on and off for the last 8 years. I just figured I would give it a try. I also get minor tendinitis in my right elbow, but not often and usually only when I go heavy on my triceps.

Worked out Back + Traps this morning
Pulldowns 168x8 180x7 192x4+3 behind neck
BB Row 205x10 215x10 235x4
Weight 220lbs
Considering I am trying to cut down, I am not very happy about my weight increasing
Strength about the same as last back workout
Nothing else to note, no change in mood or anything at all. I am thinking of increasing the H-drol up to 75 mgs a day within the next few days. I definitely want to see some results from this cycle, because it will be a while before my next prohormone

I don't really know if I lost any bodyfat. I don't have a fat caliper. My arms are slightly bigger and my thighs are slightly bigger and I am much stronger. My main goal was to gain muscle mass. My waist fluctuates after I eat meals so that 1/2 of an inch could have been due to a heavy lunch or dinner, but I do think that I gained a little on my waist. If you are trying to shed some bodyfat then I would suggest ramping up to the 75 milligrams and just lowering your caloric intake while maintaining your protein intake and other essential nutrients. Do some cardio and heavy repetitions of lighter weight, which I think you are already doing.

I worked out chest today and did a few sets for triceps, but my elbows flared up a bit, so I stopped. I had a good workout and set a new pr for flat db bench press (100x11). Unfortunately, I didn't get to workout with my training partner so I stuck with DB's. My gym only goes up to 100 lb DB.

I can't say that I would recommend it to someone else at this point. However, just about every thread I have read about h-drol people don't really see the benefits until week 3. But at this point, day 10, I can't say. I am very happy to have my strength go up, albeit it is only a few reps here or there. So I would say that it is going good so far but I am definitely hoping for more results.

Day 12
I took day 11 off from working out.
I bumped it up to 75 mg a day yesterday and I will see where that takes me for the next week. I am glad I bought 2 bottles of this stuff, even though I planned on using it for 2 different cycles.
AM- Legs crappy workout felt tired, drained. Plus I didn't take any caffeine which was a first for an am workout

Day 13
Shoulders-AM
Crappy workout, didn't have a whole lot of energy, but mainly it sucked because both of my elbows were in pain. My tendonitis is flaring up like none other, my knees and my elbows are the worst they have been for sometime. My knees are hurting due to me playing basketball 2 times per week. My body just can't take it, it sucks. I am a little depressed/ upset at this considering it is affecting my whole life. I am in construction and it is hard to do what I do with pain in my knees and elbows.
Barely even workout, just went through the motions, and didn't go heavy

Side Effects- none
Strength- hard to say, seeing I didn't go heavy
Bodyfat- same
Still at 75 mg a day, thinking of jumping to 100 mg a day at Day 21 and continuing until I decide otherwise. I am hoping to see some results soon and might extend this cycle to 5-6 weeks.
