    First person to reply will get free NASM study note cards

    Well, I just passed my NASM-CPT. Read the book once, watched the videos and studied notecards that I made myself.

    With that in mind, I have TONS of notecards w/ questions on the front and the answers on the back that someone else could probably put to good use. I have them organized by chapter and also have separate categories for Overactive/Underactive muscles and which categories the Resistance exercises fall into.

    I'll send every one of the notecards to the first person that replies to this and I'll pay for the postage myself, under two conditions:

    1) You must currently be studying for the NASM-CPT (aka, you have the study material that NASM sends you)

    2) After you pass, send the notecards to someone else in the same manner.

    Hi HowardsRock,
    Congratulations on passing the exam. i am studying NASM and about to take the exam in next 2 weeks. I really appriciate it if i can have those notecards. I have been studying for 3 months now.

    I've got ACSM, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, ISSA Specialist in Performance Nutrition, and NASM CPT available that I could lend out.
